Transparent graphics?...
I'm trying to make a graphic file that is completely transparent on one part... I'm using Adobe Photoshop. It would be nice if someone could explain how to do this.

Is this for use on the web as part of a webpage or avatar/sig of some sort or for an eq interface?

Go to: File >> New and make a new canvas. You need to make the pixel size one of the dimensions shown in this tutorial. Then make a new layer and that should allow you to delete the background layer making the background transparent.
Or you can open one of the tga's from the default interface... like one of the window peices tga's. Select the entire thing and CUT everything out and put what ever you want in it. Then just save it with a different filename.
Then once your done merge all the layers together and save it as a TGA or PNG.

What you said wasn't exactly what I was looking for, but I did find out how to make it transparent!
I compaired the window_pieces01 file to my file and thier alpha channels, I noticed the windowpeices file's alpha channel had black for transparent and white for non-transparent... so that gave me the idea of what to do.
But, now I need help on how to get rid of that annoyying red box that pops up on the player window when you have auto attack on, so, what do I have to change to get rid of that?

You can't get rid of the blinking red box. It is hard-coded into the game, and there's nothing in the xml to change it. Some people move all the info out of the player window into another... like the target window, and then just don't use the player window. That's the only way to get it off the screen.

I moved everything out of both player and target and made a combination window using the GroupWindow as the screen item.
