Ectomac

Hello, I'm kinda new to XML and I was wondering how to resize a UI piece that I downloaded from here. I really like Icebear's Group Window, but it's a bit small for the larger resolutions that I use. Is there a simple way that I can resize this window? Thanks for your help!
