Yea...Tried to install a few of these windows tonight, I am running Windows XP, my bro has tried doing the exact same thing on 2 computers. His has the new skins and works fine, mine, on the other hand, does nothing whatsoever. I go to /loadskin there is nothing there, I go to the uifiles folder under Everquest there are 4 Folders, Default and 3 I have made with skins. I went to the UI_Errors there are none at all. So my computer does absolutely nothing, it see's no folders, it has no errors, any ideas what is wrong?

Make sure you are not running the game when you install the new folders... some versions of windows will not recognize it. Make sure the folders are not invisable in the properties. Lastly... make sure you installed the folders in the correct directory on your computer. For example.
c:/program files/sony/everquest/uifiles/

then within that uifiles folder you should have default/, customui1/ etc whatever they may be.

Once in game type /load and a window should pop up with the selections... there should always be "default" listed as an option. If not.. then there is something wrong with your EQ program. At that point I would do a Complete File check, which can be done in the advanced options of the Patcher Program(where you normally click "Play")
