Bluesummers

A while back I accidently overwrote part of my targeting ring, and while I suffered with a new one for a while it's driven me insane to the point I have to find out what my old one was. I was unable to find it through extensive searching (Or i'm blind) in the download section, but I was able to somewhat restore it by editing the ini file. However, i'm missing a large majority of the files for it, so it dosen't work very well. Here is a screenshot of it.

If anyone knows who did this, or can point out my obvious inability to find the the files, i'd much apperciative. Thanks!
