Talira A Bat Join Date: Jul 2004 Posts: 1	Help¿!!? ok to begin, im COMPLETELY new at this never tried it before just messing around trying to get this mana to show up on the simple default normal player window, I edited the XML document with how i read it should be done but when i try to load it it comes up with this error The XML page cannot be displayed Cannot view XML input using style sheet. Please correct the error and then click the Refresh button, or try again later. -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Invalid at the top level of the document. Error processing resource 'file:///C:/Program Files/Sony/EverQuest Trilogy/uifiles/newui/EQUI_PlayerWindow.XML'. Line 1, Position 24 <?xml version="1.0" ?> -------------------------------------------------------------------------- can anyone please help me, this could be a really newb question but i simply dont know how to fix the problem.

grymgroeth A Ghoul Join Date: Feb 2004 Posts: 15	Editing XML files Instead of double clicking to open (like every other file type practicly) you need to either right click the file and choose open with.... or open it from notepad with the file->open option. For whatever reason, MS has decided that XLM should attempt to display as a webpage when doubleclicked instead of opening for editing.
