Default Deciphering the UI ini file

Hi all,

I have question regarding these 2 lines that can be found on your UI ini file in your root directory:

XPos1280x1024=number here
YPos1280x1024=number here

I think I have a fundamental grasp of graphing but based on what I am reading in the file (and seeing where I had positioned my chat windows), EQ uses a graph where X goes from 0 to +1280 left to right, and Y goes from 0 to -1024. Strange, but in anycase, the numbers that follow those lines above, do they indicate a specific point of the chat box? is it the top corner? or bottom? I think I have a general idea where but would like someone else's confirmation.

Thanks in advance.

There should be such numbers for each type off Window for each resolution. For example, in my UI_<charname>_<servername>.ini file are these pieces:

[Player Window]
.
.
.
XPos1280x1024=number here
YPos1280x1024=number here

The numbers are generally positive but can be negative. X=0 and Y=0 is the top left corner of the monitor screen area.

The XPos and YPos are where the top left corner of the [PlayerWindow] will be placed.
