OK i downloaded .net and sidlwidl. when i try to open something it doesnt find the xml files. i have some xml files located inside the directory with the sidlwidl.exe when i try to open something its looking for EQUI.XML. I guess its not seeing my .xml files as thouse types... It may be im an idiot, very possable, as i am a network engineer not a programmer by trade. any help would be great!!!


OK i found if i have equi_PetInfoWindow.xml it doesnt see it, but if i remove the _PetInfoWindow and just leave it EQUI.XML then it sees it. But when i try to open it nothing happens.

Now when i open the file im getting this error
