Try adding the missing file to your custom folder, after that, check your custom for alterations you may have to tweak in your EQUI.xml file.

- The target window should now align with bottom of the player window.

It looks to me like they updated the EQMainWnd.xml file too. I think they moved a bunch of stuff to the Animations.xml file, which will cause UI's to crash to default because of duplicate items.

Never add un modified xml files to your custom folder. You are sure to have problems on the next major patch.

just a note here..... I added the autovscroll to my chat windows and absolutely love it...BUT it does hide text when it pops on so if using with text be aware of this.
