Inventory Picture
Here is a picture of the inventory I am currently using. I want to be able to add a picture of my liking to the orange box also known as the auto-equip area. How do I go about doing this.
Thanks much
What shall I do to get this fixed?

I don't know, but can you please post the XML of your inventory? Heh. Thanks.

Ooh pretty!
What graphics for that interface are you using? Or did you custom make them? If it's the latter, I'll be happy to.. erm.. test them out for aesthetical value.
As far as the picture to the auto-equip area, I'm not entirely sure. I would say looking in the EQUI_Inventory.xml, but I don't think that's really right. TKing made an auto-equip area graphic that apparently works, but how I couldn't tell you. I didn't memorize the UI xml's after all.

check the mods remelio has done for inventories. I am certain you can find the answer in that XML. Its most definately do-able.

Step1: Load the picture you want via
Code:
<UI2DAnimation Item>
...
</...>
into your UI.
Step2: in the Inventory window place a
Code:
<StaticAnimation Item>
...
<Frame>[The_UI2DAnimation_you_loaded_previously]></...>
...
</...>
at the same size and location as the autoequip window.
Step3: Check the transparent flag for the autoequip window as "true" or "TRUE" (not "True").

other option is to take the WindowDrawTemplate that the AutoEquip area uses, and change the background used. Ofcourse, you'll probably want to make a new template just for this purpose, since the autoequip section uses a template which is common to other windows.

I've actually been successful in placing a full animation into the autoequip area and still have it functional. The trick is that you simply define your animation, then use the same coordinates as the AE area, and set the transparency value to true. If you leave the transparency as false, you will only see your graphic or animation when the window fades.
Unfortunately my skeleton pet animation ended up moving like Stevie Wonder's corpse :-( I may end up just doing a rotation, lol...

You know how in the old old ui (the original default) when you opened your inventory you could see the front view of your character?
Any way to do that in the new ui?
