Default Gauge Lines and Line Fills

Hello...

I have put together a new XP and AA window that is a full length window (that way I can see my XP move...)...

however, I am having trouble with my:

gaugeline
gaugelinefill

I can't seem to make them transparent - so they cover the background and fill of the gauge... and i can't see through them...

I have created 'transparent images' to use in my image files... but, when I do that... I get a white background... I have used a black background... and that is what I get... a black background... I just can't seem to get a transparent background that transposes itself onto the app...

Help...

Thanks for any help you can give me...
