Also look under your Everquest directory for the UIErrors.txt file and open it. It can give you an idea of why things aren't loading.

Wow this is the least descriptive help post I have ever seen. Its like telling the mechanic.... My cars not working, whats my problem?... over the phone.
Also read the stickys on this forum... they will tell you what info we need to help ya.
