Name Gems too?
I have seen 2 great mods for the buff window that names the buffs. Is there a way or is there a mod that names the Gem Spells too?

Figured it out =)
Here is a screenshot of what I am working on, very beta but no more guesswork of what gem is what! .. or at least until I get used to them then maybe Ill go default.

I made one myself. Basically looks the same but the spellbook icon is offset a bit...I have a habit of picking spells from the bottom up, so the 8th slot spell I was consistently hitting ALT-7 thinking that was the second one from the bottom. Offset the book a bit and I don't have that problem.

I really like the idea of the named spell-gems. That would make things a lot easier for quite a few people, I'm sure.
And Wolfran - I LOVE that spellbook. Very very sweet.

what I've been playing w/...
Well, this isn't finished, I think the text is too big and perhaps the bars themselves are too big... But, I like it... for now. 
Let me know if anyone wants the xml.

here it is, still not exactly the way I want it, but I like it so far.
Was thinking about making it smaller and doing something about the spell icons... either editing them, I don't like the cut-off corners, or figuring out how to use the buff window icons... not sure how that'd work though
Let me know if you have any other ideas, this is very not done! |
