Mana tic counter?
Is there anything you can download (and if not, would it be difcult to make?) a timer or counter of some sort that counted down every 6 seconds till when your mana regen tics? I think it would be very useful to have the opportunity to sit every time 6 seconds came around.
Just an idea... hopefully it already exists and i'm just blind...

since there is a delay from the time you hit your sit button and when the game recognizes that you are sitting (to increase regen rate) you couldnt do it and get ahead of the game.

Just because you see your mana increase by the medding amount on your end, doesn't mean that's how much mana the server thinks you have. If you completely filled your mana bar by only sitting on the med tick, unless you and the server were in sync on regen ticks and you had so low latency that the server knew exactly when you sat and stood, when you went to cast a spell, your mana would drop down to what you'd have if you'd been standing the whole time.
That said, a six second cyclical timer is pretty handy. I have one embedded in the player window of my Sleek UI.
