What i want to know is.. how do i change my hit point bar / group member hp bars back to the mint green i am acustomed to, instead of the red that was in the patch tga files, all i need to know is where to replace the color numbers, and what the color numbers are for the mint green, hope ya can help :-)

Same version UI and same "flavor" of it even. However, once I replaced the window_pieces04.tga (I think that's the one), my compass no longer works. The compass window is there, but it's missing the "strip". Any ideas?
[edit: Nevermind. I should have read a few post farther before posting. Found the answer.]

all of the verts are switching to red, the green was a left over of cannabis, it was orginally the same color as every mod soo in ocean spray is would be blue, in nexium it would be purple etc.. but it got goofed along the way and all of them were green
well its getting more difficult with 5 version out to patch 5 different XML files. much easier to patch one and included it for 5 version (as this patch has)
I wont tell you not to change it to mint green, but I will be honest and tell you that any future files, will have it in red.. also I dont remember the numbers for the green he used, it had 7 different version for the target, 5 group members, and player.. and it was 5:30am when i was working on this.
its under Line Fill tint, its currently
<R>240</R>
<G>0</G>
<B>0</B>
sooo just a heads up... it will turn back to red in any other patches.. your call to redo it each time..

you never upgraded to 2.4a which included a fixed compass,
download 2.4a of your color
grab
Compass.tga
EQUI_compass.xml
and throw them into your current folder and your compass will come back

Sorry to hear the mint green is no more, I really like that part of Vert even if it was an oops.

Me too. That's what I came here to figure out how to change. The red looks so...so...wrong now. Maybe it's a girl thing, but I found it aesthetically pleasing. /sigh
Oh well. We'd complain if we were hung with a new rope, right? Kudane/Sokol, the UI is WONDERFUL and I can't thank you enough for making it LoY compatible.
Thank you, thank you, thank you. =^_^=

File
Well, he said it's in 5 different files. So, that would be (and I'm just guessing based on the windows that have hp's in them):
EQUI_GroupWindow.xml
EQUI_PetInfoWindow.xml
EQUI_PlayerWindow.xml
EQUI_TargetWindow.xml
Not sure what the 5th would be.
I miss the pretty green, but I'm not going to change it if that means I'm going to have to screw with it every time Verant changes something, which is frequently.

no, all bars are "line tints" set inside the XML.. sooo anytime we send out a new XML its going to revert back to the red (which is the default)
we are having enough work as it is to update 5 or 6 sets of TGAs for the colors... but to maintain 5 or 6 sets of XML files would be a nightmare. thinks like the 2.5 patch would not be possible.. where we have 5 XMLS files and 4 tgas change.. right now thats 20 TGAs to put out and 5 XMLs. cant try and to 25 XMLs and 20 TGAs, thats nearly double the work..
It may be easier just to get use to seeing your HPs in red again (since that is the default color)

I Appreciate the work you put into it, a truly amazing UI if you ask me.
I did however find out how to alter the colors from your guidance so feel free to patch them

LinesFillTint
Could you give more info about what you found to change it back?
I have found several LineFillTint in the group window, I assume you changed the ones that are set to 240 red 0 green 0 blue, what is the correct combo for the mint green if this is correct?
COOL! I got it reset, the number set I used is...
<R>121</R>
<G>183</G>
<B>104</B>
Now to find a compass mod I can read.
