Ok so I am an idiot and have trouble fixing UIs to get them to work, which leaves me at the mercy of others. Ok so I looked around since LoY broke the UI I used to use, and decided to give Cairenn's a run. Well it seemed to load ok after I did the following:

1) unzipped your UI
2) took the steps in the Readme
3) downloaded and installed your patch

Unfortunately when I logged in, it seems everything is locked (is that a feature you recently put in?) and the UI is incomplete when compared to your screenshot. My question is, what could I have possibly done to screw this up? Also on a somewhat minor note, I cannot get the MP3 player to come up (did they change the command, I try ALT+K but nothing happens now). Thanks in advance, and here is a screenshot of me using your UI in its current state.
