EQUI_RaidWindow.xml - added raid leader controls (lock, unlock, etc)

EQUI_Container.xml - added Augmentation Sealer options
EQUI_LeadershipWnd.xml - added percentages for raid and group leader exp
EQUI_PlayerWindow.xml - added current/max mana to hybrid and caster windows, current/max endurance to melee window
EQUI_PetInfoWnd.xml (player stats window) - added current/max mana and endurance numbers

EQUI_BazaarSearchWnd.xml - added the 'Hide Traders' button (in place of the 'Find' button, which is redundant as pressing enter performs the same task)
EQUI_RaidOptionsWnd.xml - fixed a problem with the Berserker button

Info
Designed and tested in 1024x768, but useable in other resolutions.
The only differences between UIv2 and UIv3 are in the graphics. The XML files for the two are otherwise the same (with one or two exceptions to make allowances for things like gauge colors).
UIv2 does have some optional folders: one to change the base color of the UI from brown to blue, and one to get rid of the circle pattern seen on some of the window backgrounds.
All other pertinent info is in the readme files in the zips.
