Portrait won't show...
I chose TKing's "shadowknight" portrait, and i am using the reccommended TKing inventory window. All files are in the same folder, with no sub-folder. anybody have any ideas as to why the portrait won't show? any help would be GREATLY appreciated.

If missing (check by searching for it before downloading and replacing), 'MSCOMCTL.OCX' can be downloaded here (zip file) - extract to your (for 9x and ME) [systemdrive]:\ windir\system\ ... (for NT, Win2K and XP) [systemdrive]:\ windir\system32\
windir is usually called WINDOWS

^ that fixed the error, but now it is saying that i am trying to run remy.exe from a ui file that is not my custom ui folder....
i dont know why it says that, when it is my custom, and not the default.

Ok, last time I got that error it was because I accidently had placed the UI into a subfolder ... meaning one step too deep down, bot saying that is what you have done, just sharing my experiences. As far as I have learned REMMY checks EQ directory structure and if it is placed wrong it wont work.

You are quite welcome ... "aspect", what do you mean? (sorry for me being "dense")

you're not "dense" i just confused the intial post request with a different request in the same thread, thus confusing the issue.... lol.
i tried to download the above portrait, and it is currently in my "shadowknight" custom UI folder (no sub folders). the portrait wont load on my inventory. am i missing a step? i just downloaded the file, unzipped, and threw it in my directory.

Are you using a "T.King inventory mod"? It is listed in the description that you have to
>>EDIT<<
LOL ... Disregard previous ... I have been using custom images myself for T.King inventory's ... never hadany problems ... when you initially copied the image to your UI folder, did it ask to overwrite?
And what UI are you using?
