Not currently, but that is something I want also, so it will be a feature soon. Right now you have to copy the whole file (a pain).
BTW, I would be working on this more but I am "waiting" to see if I get a graphics book order for that idiot at "bookwizardus" from Amazon. Have I mentioned not to use this guy?

question
i have a question: i was using this program to modify a modded group window and player info window i use. i was trying to change the graphics slightly and use Drakahn's tking border that he has in his chat window mod. i got it looking right inside sidlwidl, but when i loaded it into EQ i couldn't get it either a: to show up at all, or b: have the graphic up top in the title bar area. i have no clue what i'm doing wrong.. bleh. has anyone else had problems with something working in sidlwidl and then not working at all in eq?
nm.. was thinkin this was the same utility. my bad

FYI.
0.7.3 is available. This should help with some of the problems.

This error is covered in the FAQ. Reinstall and insure you include directory structure.
BTW, I modified my website. Let me know if you have problems with it (I used a little JS).

Actually as far as I can see it's not. There is something similar but it's not the same error.
I have reinstalled the files twice with no luck and yes I have the folder order preserved.
I see you redid the 0.7.3 release?
From your site

Whatever you did it worked because the programs no longer errors. You changed stuff but there is no revision number (0.7.4)?

I have asked this question also, and have yet to see an answer.
Sometimes it will show my custom graphics and borders, sometimes not. It always displays my custom gauges incorrectly. As far as I have been able to determin, it is completely unusable for working on windows that have tabed pages in them.
I just wish it would show windows close to the way they will look in game. There are a lot of really nice things that this program does that SIDLWidl does not do, and will never do because the developer abandoned it. =/
I havn't dismissed the program at all. I keep an eye on this thread and try each new version. I'm looking forward to the day it will be usefull to me as a replacement for SIDLWidl, and will pay for it gladly on that day. =)

I can offer a couple of notes on your comments.
First, there is an issue (at least one) dealing with TGA files. I don't have expertise in this area; and Fiddle is using a third party TGA reader. Part of the reason I put this in open source was the hope that someone with more graphics knowledge would have some solutions. I can't solve your problem though, because I see my graphics. I don't know if it has something to do with the format saved or something else (I know that MS photo editor saves TGA incorrectly).
I am aware that tabs and gauges are displaying half-azzed, and it is on my list to fix. In fact, try zooming with them! Sucks.
If there are other features you would like to see, I encourage you to let me know and I'll try to include them if possible.
I am working as hard as I can to resolve issues, but please remember that I'm working on this on the side as a hobby. I'm sure the author of widl probably ended up being unable to devote the time and justify the expense to maintain and improve it. I haven't reached this point yet, but certainly those concerns play into how much effort I can devote to the project.
So, I guess my rambling comes down to this; if everyone just monitors for improvements then I end up with little feedback (other than complaints) and can only work on what I know is a problem for me atm.

Any Java folks out there know of an API that handles TGA files better than "zimage"?
