Default A strange problem

UI works ok until i window EQ. After I window and go back to full screen, the UI windows act transparent, in other words, when i go to click on something such as a spell gem, EQ windows itself and minimizes, just like what would happen if I clicked on something in the desktop behind EQ. Any help or suggestion would be appreciated. I am running in 1152x864 mode. Reloading the UI fixes this until i window EQ again. Please help! Thank you.

I use this UI for all my chars, other than pure melee.
Great UI, with lots of handy features and plenty viewable room.

It's been a while since I posted. I started a new job, so everything got shoved aside. I'll try to work on the UI this weekend.

I suspect that's part of the mouse problem or an EQ problem. I haven't seen anything like this happen.

Was wondering if you had any plans on incorporating the potion belt into the main theme of your UI? I love your UI and the idea behind it. I play an mage so I had to pull together a better designed pet window but aside from that and not having the potion belt merged, this UI rocks! Keep up the good work!

The Short Answer:
If you delete the EQUI_ChatWindow file included with the UI, and then reload the UI, it will use the default chat window setting and will work normally.

The Long Answer:
I took the top border off, as it wasn't necessary and took up space. As a result, the UI doesn't work with pop-up tell windows very well. You have to resize the chat windows to move them. IE move the corners of the chat windows where you want them. Make sure the window is unlocked before resizing.

Look for an update this weekend.

Here's a screenshot of what the UI looks like when I switched back to the default graphics.
This was necessary because of all the changes to the animation file. I'll work on converting them back little by little. For now, it looks good and there are no more gaps in the window borders

Default Fantastic as always Soran!

It looks great....again...Soran! I love using it. I do miss the 6 person group window...do you still have plans to revise it so it can be used with DoD? I can certainly live with the five member window though. I know time has been an issue for you, I appreciate all you have done. Thanks again.

The only thing that is keeping me from switching permenantly to this UI is my current group window. It has a color change code that changes colors based on the health of my group members. When the health gets low enough the bars start to flash also. If I sent you the link for this window is there anyway that this could be added to your UI? This feature has become invaluable to me as a cleric and I am loath to give it up.

ya.. flashing hotbars would be neat. Post a link here, or email a link and I'll take a look

I don't know if anything broke with this expansion. I'm gonna pick up POR tomorrow and find out. It looks ok so far without POR.

I look forward to reading if Soran is running smooth with the new expansion. I am in need of a new Cleric UI and will keep my eye on this thread
