UIBuilder patched from the Feb. 4th, 2003 Everquest patch.

or you can follow the procedures documented in the patch fixes forums to manually fix.

Default Changeing the target bar
i made a UI using the web page UI builder but , im not fond of the target bar included .

my UI is based off of Vert 2.2 but id love to chage the target bar to a much clearer / cleaner to read Target bar. Plz someone help
