Actually, I just stumbled upon a fix to get pretty close to what I wanted. I downloaded the plain vertical spell gem window with no cast bar from the Vert/Sokol page, along with the standard casting guage. Ended up with the old spell gems. The spellbook is still there, but it's a lot better now.

Also, using Crystal Meth (2.3), the slot numbers for my buff and song windows are the color of Orange Crush. Is this normal or did I goof something up?

Also, earlier in this thread I saw someone request a group window with easier-to-see pet health for groupmates. I'm posting just such a fix along with a similar Target window to the Patch forum momentarily.

How might I go about changing the color myself? FYI...I've never played with XML, don't understand how on earth the windows_pieces files get used, and am basically clueless. Looks like the compas is the old model again, but it appears to be off by like 45 degrees. Is this being fixed also? EDIT: Nevermind this. I had downloaded 2.3a and I see 2.4 is out now. the compass was off 45 degrees in the orginal release.. we re-aligned it with the default compass in 2.4.

BTW locking this thread, its gotten way to full, please replyin the 2.4 release thread if you need anything that is not already released in 2.4
