I've used this Target Window Combination for a long time (and love it) but for the life of me I can't find who made it. Would love it to be updated, as ya, patch broke it.
Here's two pics - Target is on the RIGHT and it's Target is on the LEFT. Buffs of said target are listed below. It wasn't resizable but I never really cared.
