Help modifying my custom group window

Ok, I've been working on a UI group window piece for a while. I"ve managed to get all the functionality that I want, save for one thing. What I would like to do is where the F# appears in the gauges beside the names, is make that the con color of that group member (i.e. if the player is a blue con, I would like to make the F# that same color). Anyone have any thoughts on this? I have included the file and graphic I've been working with.

Because there is code in the game to allow that. I'm sure its possible to do as the OP wants when SOE update or add that feature.
