Default Patching quartz

Can anyone please post a fix and EXACT instructions on how to make the Quartz GUI compatable with the newest patch of 02/06.
I understand that it has to do with SOE adding the charm button and the old Quartz doesnt support that, but some of us that use Quartz are not programers and need some specific instruction (in laymans terms) as to how to remedy this problem.

Thanks in advance. ~A

I am working on a fix for quartz. I don't know if Statix is also but I would assume that he will also make an updated fix as well.

Ok until Statix has a chance to update his files here is a temporary fix for the window movement problem. This is just fixing the movement problem, As I dont readily see any gauge problem.
