What are the best paint program to use?
I am asking this cause of several reasons:
1) I do not have a Paint program that can do Transparent TGA files
2) Every file I made for EQ skin, are "invisible".
3) I have checked my textinfo to make sure the sizes matched , item= parameter matched filename, ui2danimation points to the file with proper point and size and a item property, and the buttons (wich I was working on), point to the ui2danimation i written.

Photoshop is probably the bes program if you are working with photo editing, but if you are creating pictures for EQ then I would suggest PaintShop Pro 7 by Jasc software. You can even get a 30/60 day trial of it to see if you like it.

Gimp!! Lol but when I'm on PC I usually use Paintshop. Photoshop is for the big boys

ok, Lets start with this:
I am going to send the only button I made (to test with) I want to see if someone can find the error. Barbbtn.tga included is 120x96. It was placed into a directory (not default), and modified the animation, and character select xml files to influde the file.
How I got EQ to load the directory at start was changing eqclients default of UISkin=default to the other directory.
If someone gets this to show up, let me know what you did.
ALSO to Note: My PSP7.0 demo has expired 4 months ago, so PSP 7 demo will not be a possibility.
