If you set your desktop and your EQ resolution the same, In windows XP (XP Theme); the following will place the EQWindow fullscreen widthwise, and show the Windows TaskBar under EQ (easier than alt tabbing from fullscreen or having EQ hide the menubar or accidentally moving the EQ Window):
