Question XML Noobie

First of all, i would like to give lots and lots of cheers to Dolby and Kudane, for keeping this site alive, and i can say one thing, if i had a credit card you would see a 2 figure donation (GB Pounds) from me...

Well well, to my question, if you couldnt figure it out by the thread name, im a total dumbass regarding XML...
I tried some, but i didnt know where to start, even less where to end the labyrinth... So, what i am wondering is as follows, are there any tools out there, that does all the XML if you give it instructions and such? Something like Frontpage for homepages, or Worldedit for Warcraft? I have some hot ideas for an UI, i would like to produce, but with my current XML knowledge my hair would be starting to fall off before i came half-way... Thankful for any answers of suggestions.

Although there are utilities in the works (and one in alpha-testing stage) that will help your skinning and modding with visual aids, I strongly suggest that you familliarize yourself with XML. It's not at all difficult if you're already familliar with HTML. A good place to start would be http://www.w3.org/XML/.
