Please update this Target Window for 09/03 anyone

Hello everyone!
Could anyone skillful update this Target Window for 09/03 patch pretty please!
Its an old Kessi target window which is very good over years !
It doesnt show target buffs/debuffs after the patch anymore.

What line in code does affect which line and direction buffs starting to pop out in the window?

It used to be like that buffs were starting to pop from the bottom left to the right and then up top of the buff bauble. And it was 10 buffs per line instead of 9)

Final edit^j^ it took me a few (4) beers to figure it out how to fix it the way I want! Thank you very much it is working perfectly now!
