vert hotkey bars

Hi. I've been using the Vert29-Cannabis-PoR release. I would love to preserve the first 3 hotkey bars, but would like the fourth one to be horizontal. However, I'm having significant problems doing so. I've tried copying and pasting from numerous other working bars, but everytime I attempt to combine the info regarding hotkey bar 4 with the current Vert29 HotButtonWnd, it winds up not working properly.

I really am at an impasse. I'm not terribly good at programming, and can't grasp where I'm going wrong.

I've attached the file I'm trying to modify. Anyone have pity on me? =p
