What would cause this...
I've used the Quartz UI for a long time. Have added custom spell icons and the remix separates for bags, bank, and containers. I decided to add the consider colors to the target bar and now the UI refuses to load. I get all kinds of odd errors and then it loads Default with my settings. I've had this interface for a long time and while it would complain about my XML having errors, it would load the Quartz stuff. Until I changed the target window. I'm attaching EQUI and EQUI_Quartz to see if I need to do some editting or if it's unsalvagable.
