Runic Targeting Ring

I had seen several targeting rings on the same theme of this one but I wanted one that was a little brighter. I sat down today to put this one together and had a TON of fun doing it. I want to thank Mythal and Raxthorne for the ideas and inspiration, I hope you enjoy it. Lemme know what you think
