Anyone know a way to view skins & edit window positions when you do not have an internet connection available?

I frequently find myself on the road with a laptop computer and some time to kill, but have no internet connection available. I'd like to use some of that time to work on some skin ideas I have. I have tried both SIDLWIDL and SIDL Fiddle, but have not been able to figure out how to view more than one window at a time, or how to adjust the position of those windows relative to one another.
