-Go into the Uifiles folder in your Everquest\ directory.
-Create a new folder called 'war'.
-unzip 1 of your downloaded skins into that that folder.
-run eq and type "/load war 1" in your main chat window.
If it doesnt work, check back here for help.
If it does, unzip all your other downloaded mods int the everquest\uifiles\war directory. Sometimes you'll have to over-write XML files. Do it.
