Awhile back I had a bad memory chip in my computer. This led to all sorts of intermittent bugs and crashes and such, mostly in EQ's graphics. I tried stripping out all the programs in startup, turning off new models, turning off particle effects, various adjustments to my graphics drivers, etc. ... and it actually helped a little bit. EQ was semi playable when I used so little memory that the bad chip was almost never used; the bugs almost became predictable.
Anyway... one of the things that sometimes happened was the tooltips changed. They'd still function but would be displayed with a transparent background instead of a blue background. It was a big improvement! Is there any way to change their color like that intentionally?
