Refresh your browser. I had to recreate my old downloads page, as the "new" one was not playing nice. I tested downloading the file and it works here.

I forgot to link the main monitor graphic on the frontpage to point to the Downloads page... that is probably what you clicked. Just go to to the menu and click the Downloads link there. Then Choose the Integrated Series Beta Folder button to open the beta files for them.

jaxxym A Gray Wolf Join Date: Jan 2003 Posts: 6	Yep - that was it! Able to download and install, but oddly, it doesn't seem to load. Loadskin works - screen freezes for a few seconds - then comes back still in default mode. I installed exactly the same as in regular EQ folder. Any ideas?

Be sure there isnt another folder, inside of the folder you extracted, that could be the problem there. ie: EverQuest\uifiles\drakah_intg_krome If you go into drakah_intg_krome you should see a handful of files, not another folder.

jaxxym A Gray Wolf Join Date: Jan 2003 Posts: 6	I extracted into EverQuest Beta\uifiles - into folder I titled Drakah_Krome, and all the files (not another folder) are inside that folder. Do I need to maintain the 'drakah_intg_krome' title?

Drakah Skinning Guru Join Date: Jul 2002 Posts: 1,084	You do not need to keep the same name of the folder, that is up to you. The INI file inside the folder is a basic layout for the interface but may not be the same for all resolutions, and that file does actually look for the drakah_intg-krome folder. Basically, you unzip the ZIP file in the uifiles directory. Go into the folder, ensure you just see files there. You should be able to do a /loadskin ingame, and that folder should be there. If it does not load up using that method, then the game is not finding the files to load for whatever reason, it must be something obvious. Check your UIerrors.txt file.

I spot checked a few files referenced in these error messages in the zip file I've downloaded from your site - like 'EQUI_SpellIcons.xml' - and these are in fact not in that zip file, but then, i looked and found they're no in the old install in my live folder which worked just fine, so guessing this is a red herring and the real problem is that symbol table issue. FWIW, I'm DLing version 8.5 updated 11-3-19. Also, just talked to a guildie who said it's working fine for him, so I'm doing a full file check to see if it's an EQ issue, which seems likeliest at this point. I am online in beta, no errors.

Warning files are *normal*

Its the *error* messages that are the problem that only shows when the UI cannot be loaded correctly.

Here is my UIerrors.txt

It should look like that.

just make sure you are downloading the latest version from
https://shakahr.com/downloads
then click on the "Integrated Beta Files" icon to show you the Beta files.

The latest version is 8.6 at 11/9 for beta, not 11/3 - that is for Live.
