looking for a ui
hi um im new and i came here fo a ui. can anyone tell me the name of a good ui that for the xp bar has a percent. thats pretty much all i want o and one with maps. also it wold be great if it also for the hp bar had not percent but 200/250hp something like that.

Why not try going through each of the download sections first, find something you think you like? Cant find anything there then go through the interface pieces, eventually youll find everything you ever want. As for the maps you'll need to go elsewhere, I would suggest starting here http://www.mapfiend.net/allmaps to download the maps.
Experiment a little, look around, and discover things for yourself, EverQuest isn't World of Instant Gratification, it does take a small bit of work on your part to be successful.

how do i install the maps do i need to put them into something? and the ui once i find one how do i install it?

Ok maybe I was a bit over earlier, and I can admit that, with so many people out there that just dont want to put in the effort to do something I can't really be blamed. Ok now to load a UI that you want to use youll need to follow some simple steps, which I will put into a zip file for you. These directions are step by step what you need to do, and I will also explain how to install interface pieces versus an entire ui. Hope this will helps you out and gets you started down a long and endless road of self knowledge.
