You haven't read this idea before! How about designing an interface with BIG BOLD features. All of it from health bars to buttons and their text. There are mods for this but not a complete set.

Why? Lots of people that play don't have perfect vision including myself. Out answer to this is playing on low resolution but most of us would rather get the more detailed 3D image that comes with high resolution.
