I'm glad people are still looking forward to this long overdue mod to Lunix, however last word from my friends at SOE was "tone it down" and if I tone it down anymore it wont have the affect I want. So unless I can figure something out, I'd call this project "dead untill furthur notice"

I don't get why your asking SoE anyway. They can't not let you publish your UI. You should just go on with it and put a warning on it. Also did you ask them just "is this Ui ok" or "is this UI ok because I don't want people getting sick because of it"

I asked them similar to the second question. The last version I sent them was to "high risk" as they say, I have a new one that I should be able to send them on the 28th. So we are looking at a january launch of coffee, if the risk is "medium or light"

Well the thing is every video game pretty much has risk to give people seizures. As a matter of fact I know every PS2 game booklet comes with a warning for seizures as well as EQ.
At the very least I hope you offer all working versions at request after use of a public one. You probably already will but you can just put a warning on it too.
