C:\Program Files\EverQuest\uifiles\customfolder
what is inside that folder?

Just type out what you see inside the folder when you open it.

From what I checked, and I did a search, there was only 1 directory.
And here's what it looks like when I go into the folder -
C:\Program Files\EverQuest\uifiles\Old School Wood

No, since I have no doubt whatsoever that the extensions are actually there, Talyns is a good UI author, her stuff is always complete and she is quick with the updates to keep them current. You probably just have your computer set up so that it isn't showing the file name extensions.
