For what it's worth, having to have an account to view the screenshot kinda sucks. Course, it could be I'm the only one without one I guess.

Sorry about that. I assumed most had an account there. If you don't here is the screenshot.
I will be developing it on there though, so as I go, Ill post updates. Just wanted to get a quick jist from the community.

Looks nice and clean, when you go to final 'print' maybe make a version without all the filigree. From a personal point of view I like clean straight lines and 90 degree corners, for me a UI has to be functunal but adjustable I am not one for the fancy stuff.

Exactly my thought too. I am trying to make it simple enough that others can customize it fully, even by easily changing the graphic of the framing. Although it is alittle thick because of the shadowing, it still works great from what I tested so far.
There will be 4 different window types:
1) Design border with title
2) Design border without title
3) No Design border with title
4) No Design border without title
