Default Help with feathered edges

Hello all,

I keep running into a problem when trying to create new graphics. I'm using Photoshop 9 CS2. I'm by no means an expert and mostly self taught but I've managed to come up with some decent looking graphics. The problem is Photoshop feathers the edges of shapes which then transfer into EQ to create extra "outline pixels." What I've been doing is making whatever graphic in Photoshop, then copying and pasting over to MSPaint and filling the background with pink for transparency, then pasting back into a new document in PSP and saving as a TGA file. Any help would be appreciated as to how to avoid the edges. Here's a screenshot in game and a zip of the TGA of a casting gauge I've been trying to get to work.

Turning off anti-aliasing may fix your problem.
