Default Spell gems and other parts

First of all, my sincerest apologies as I'm sure this has already been discussed. I did wade through a "Spell Gem" search and 10 pages of recent discussions and found nothing that addressed my question.

I would like to modify an existing UI set.
Specifically I am trying to get the infiniti 1_7 skin, with the ghestas wc3gems. (old infiniti format)

I've tried just copying the wc3gems files into the infinti folder, replacing the Tking ver2 gems. This did not work and I am at a loss as to what to try next. I am not a programer and can just barely manage to follow directions on modifing instruction lines, so details would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance!!!

Mat

Its sounds maybe when you unzipped the new spell gems it may of made a new folder inside your custom interface folder. You need to over write:

spells01.tga
spells02.tga
spells03.tga
spells04.tga
spells05.tga
gemicons01.tga
gemicons02.tga

These files will be located in your custom interface folder and you need to overwrite them with the new gem graphics. If for some reason that doesnt work try reloading your interface /load or you may need to clear the Everquest cache files (the .txc files).
