Update : Sorry guys, it's just too big to fit into a post upload and I'm not comfortable uploading it to the downloads database in it's current state. 
No way I can compress it down to 150k either, I've tried.

Oh man! Dangit! I really was looking forward to it. Well I guess this just allows time for working out little problems and perfecting it.
Yeah on the topic of the spell book, I don't like the one pictured much at all, I was just planning on replacing it myself. I was going to go with on of T.Kings books, his work looks the best in my opinion. But that's just me.
Well I still can't wait to try it! Great Work.

Trust me, when he gets me the fixed version of the spellbook and can fix that hotbar glitch, I'll post it to the download section.

P.S. - Elezibeth, you just want me to chop off that "ugly" (I LIKE it *cries*) spellbook close button right? If so, consider it done (it'll take LITERALLY 5 seconds). Also, for those who don't like that spellbook, I've also modded the t.king v2 default spellbook to match the UI graphically, so I'll probably make it an alternate download addon for this mod.

This isn't actually Haliken, I'm his brother, I just have this REALLY nasty habit of stealing his online aliases. Haliken AND Enok (short for Enokhaon) are both names of his creation. My alias is unfortunately my EQ account name so I avoid using it with anything EQ related. =/ Oh well, live and learn... and steal Haliken's names...

Enok,
If you can chopshop the spellbar and let me know with the new version, I'll get you the read me file which holds the credits and everything. 
I got permission from t.King to also include his spellgems and stuff if I wanted to so I always like to give credit for that stuff too.
Let me know, I'll send you the readme, then after you can find someplace to host it I'll make us a shiney new beta thread. |

Just an idea, what do you guys think about the idea of instead of having:
Current HP/compass/Max Hp
what about:
Current Xp Bar/Compass/AA Bar
??? Just a thought off the top of my head while awaiting the beta. Great work guys, I'm very excited about this UI.

Well since I have seen it , it looks awesome, only thing that I would love is a Stats box , maybe in place or a tab to the pet box like in SOEs etc etc.
Besides that looks great. Only thing I think I may get ride of is the buff bar, I like the writing on my buffs , easier for me to see when they are fading etc.

I'd be a bit nicer with your comments on Enok/Haliken's ideas. He is doing alot of work, trust me I did the design and concept. Horrific is not a word I would use for someone helping me and doing most the work :P

You did the design and concept?
I beg your pardon? This skin came from my work and Enok's coding.
As far as my comments, given nature of the talks he and I have had, I don't need someone else giving me crap over my own skin. I don't care how popular the UI you produced is, that doesn't give you any right to come in saying stuff about mine or how it's developed.
Enok and I have been working together on this since the start, he knows what I think of his work on it to date, thats what matters to me, not what others say.
God, people like this can truely take part of the fun out of doing this sort of thing. :P

Infinity, just where do you get off saying this is your design and concept? Elizabeth has been working on this for a while right alongside Enok. BTW Elizabeth/Enok love the work. Can't wait to try it out. Infinity go try to lay the crap elsewhere.

And that is a pretty cool idea, do you think it is possible to add labels to the buffs? Just curious.
