Theres supposedly 2 slots in your bank (on test) that will allow you to transfer things from character to character within the same account. It would be similar to them not allowing your character to transfer with his/her coins and items from one server to another excluding the Legends server that is an exception to the rule OR during a very specific period of time when they are trying to populate a new server. So this should not affect the economy on the new Stromm server. All this does is even the playing field a tad since people with duel accounts could do this same thing while others with only one account had to rely on other players to transfer for them which could lead into scams or stolen items if you trusted someone you didn’t know because none of your friends were available to do a transfer for you.

I find it QUITE annoying having to log off/log on trying to sort out all of the mules on just ONE account...t his would make it tons easier. I would hope this simply represented a test of the potential and that there will actually be more slots as well as coins allowed. Since its tied to the bankwindow it forces the characters to visit a bank. For twinking this is the perfect tool, since its sometimes hard to do if your main is KOS in the alt home town. Now, its just a matter of going to the bank and whammo - you got stuff. Its a definate bonus for tradeskillers!

In no way think this is being done to help the end user. This cuts down on the customer service complaints from item transfer scammers. That is why SOE wants this done. Just look at the countless messages they put on at the login to watch for item transfer scams. SOE if they read this should add a single shared PLAT slot for transfer of money. The full problem is then done and we can move on.

Yah I noticed that when this was first posted so I made a monk on the test server like this character and did the /testbuff command to get to level 25. I found that the Tinkering skill has been removed. Which as a Gnome I thought that was very good since I have a GM Tinker Gnome on the Tarew Marr server.
