Question Fonts messed up?

after installing the UI that I downloaded through the UI creator link on the EQinterface homepage all the text on my screen is messed up, even after changing back to default!!
Below is a picture clipped from a screenshot. If anyone has had this happen, and fixed it, please let me know what you did.

come on, no one has any ideas?
I've moved all my uifiles so EQ re-downloaded the default UI from scratch, and it still had the same text problem.

Check out your patcher.
Looks Japanese to me.

nahh, not Japanese, just messed up fonts. all the correct letters are there, just mixed in with extra dots and lines. I fixed this already, it took installing an older set of drivers for my vid card. for some reason, my drivers just decided to stop working right for no apparent reason. even a re-install of the newer drivers didn't work, but everything went back to normal after installing an older one. I always keep the last 2 sets of drivers for video and sound on a CD-RW just for this type of reason.
