Has anybody designed a standalone gauge or window that permanently displays existing tribute points and current usage? I've had a look in the download section but not found anything yet, apart from those complete UI sets that incorporate these features. I know less than nothing about designing UI's so it may not even be possible.

Apart from anything else...such a tool would help stop me wasteing heaps of tribute points when I forgoet to switch tribute off!

There are a number of Target window mods that include a running tribute-timer in them. Go to the Downloads / Interface Pieces / Target Windows section to find various ones. I cut-and-pasted code from one into my old Solaria 2.11 Target window way back when because I was in a hurry and it works fine.
