Most people have found out already there was a patch today..

but I wanted to clarify that most mods will be unaffected by this... only mods that have the following two files would be effected

* GuildManagementWnd.xml
* BugReportWnd.xml

they are also two files added or modifed that are not directly UI related.

* Spellsnew.eff
* Spellsnew.edd

I have never seen an EFF or EDD file in the UI, soo while it was listed under interface changes, I would expect to see these show up as new or improved spell effects not really UI related.
