Default SHAMMY ideas

as a simple Shamaness I like my info in easy forms, I showed the Inv to be nice) also on raids I drop main chat & replace it with a Chat 2 ( team channel, group, tells) & as you can see guild is easier to track to the far right.

Much thanks to "k" of Inny for a Large Portion of his XML coding
& yes AC is showed & all good shamans know why.

* this completed skin is now hosted on this site under completed skins the titel of skin is: Wolfcaller

I guess I am not a good Shaman because I did not even understand what you meant by "ac is showed" Please clarify oh wise one for I am constant search of improvement.
I do like your view btw, it looks a lot like mine except I have one chat window above and one below... and no pet, yet (just one more level!) As an aside, when I grow up, I want to have have all that nifty gear, too!

Default aww shucks

AC helps me not take as much damage from Slowing the MOB's. the best Offense is a good defense, & I usually try to avoid direct conflict but.... its nice when you see Youv'e been Summoned... then the MOB missing you. AC showing means I keep my Armor Class listed in my Personal Info window, the reason is its small data not a clutter & helps tons to remember to grab an Aego on a hunt or a PoC on a raid. I would love to see your setup & Grats on the pet, it will help alot ( I know you will get there). Best advice I got when I was your lvl I will give to you, Hang in there a little rough seas ahead then the fun begins again.

you can reach me server wide when I am on as ;tell karana.larul

You are such a doll! Don't be surprised if you do hear from me, I need a mentor... lol Thanks for that piece of advice, so far being a shaman has been nothing but fun.

I like the new Spell Icons I got off of the Shaman Board, however I never could get the Transparent Bear .tga files to work.

Here's the one I ended up using till I quit, I'm still tweaking it here and there though, because I like modding, and I'm using it as a learning experience.

How Do I install a Mod?

With the recent changes made by VI, it is now very easy.
1. Download your chosen mod

2. Find the folder in your EverQuest directiory UIFILES inside there will be a folder Default*

3. Create another folder beside Default, for our example we will call it "BARD"

4. Unzip all of the files from your download into the folder "BARD"

5. Enter EQ

6. in game type /loadskin BARD true the screen will look like your zoning for a moment, then load your mod.

the command of true on the end will keep the UI from resetting all the boxes back to default posistion.

*The default folder CAN NOT be altered in anyway.. any changes made to this folder are over written at Start-Up of the game.

THATS IT! You are Done!

Unhappy Wolfcaller Broke

Wolfcaller is my favorite EQUI. I do not have the capability to fix it myself and it no longer works.

Please, will the original creator or anyone with the required skills fix this UI.

Thank you <fingers crossed>
