Remmy.exe Animations trouble with the latest patch...
Long story short, I started having to rebuild the from-scratch UI I have been working on following today's patch (for reasons not relating to the patch itself.) I got rid of all my custom files, started from the new default files, and started plugging in customizations one after another.
However, the moment I had to run Remmy.exe to try to set up my spell gems and/or class animations, my custom UI would fail and load up as default. Luckily, the "restore" feature works fine, but in the meantime, no animations for me.
Anyone else wanna verify that the 9/9 remmy.exe (or the earlier one, for that matter--I tried both) isn't working with the new with the new patch?

Here's the UIerrors log from an attempt to load up a UI after running remmy.exe. This log was identical for both the February and September versions.

Remmy, just dropped another note about this over at your board in the Admin Forum, may help sort it out (don't know for sure, but worth checking).

It worked for me setting up the spell gems!
Gonna go try it with the class animations now...
UPDATE: Works after installing class animations, too.
Thank you for the fix!

hrm...
Patch starts up, but doesn't give me the "Patch!" button. All that's in the zip is the remmy.exe file. Is there supposed to be something more?

You need to have something for remmy.exe to install first...usually it is the rem_anim.txt and rem_txt.txt files that are distributed for TKing's class animations, spell icons, and Remelio's UI's using TKing's artwork. Remmy.exe appears to patch the appropriate text for these animations into your equi_animations.xml file, and it finds that text in the two files mentioned above.
