Respawn Window in UI files?
With the DoD expansion we have a UI file named EQUI_RespawnWnd.xml (at least I think the file is new to the DoD expansion).
I can't find anyway to bring this window up however. Does anyone have any idea what this window is for and how to "see" it?
It sounds like we should be able to set a timer to watch for respawn which would be great if that's the case.

May have something to do with monster missions or other special instance thingies. For example, you cannot open Monster Select without currently being in a monster mission.

That's probably it, thanks. Wishful thinking for a built-in spawn timer I guess.
